Manager - IBOR Transition, International Bank, Up to 80k
Our client is a well-established Global Bank, they are looking for a Manager to join their IBOR Transition team. You will be responsible to plan and track the transition of Global Banking client portfolios related to IBOR products.
You will be responsible to:
- Support RMs with client outreach by providing client packs, tracking client outreach and recording client decisions
- Update progress of transition cases through execution in a dedicated workflow tool
- Develop a clear understanding of Risk-Free Rate loan conventions, interest rate calculation methodologies and standard commercial terms related to RFR loans
- Coordinate across product providers and ensure linked transactions e.g. a loan hedging derivative is amended as agreed with the customer.
- Obtain dispensations from certain parts of the business, including legal and portfolio management, when certain terms are not aligned to bank's strategy.
Requirements:
- University degree with majoring in business or related disciplines
- Knowledge of Global Banking and commercial banking Credit and Lending process, operating model and products
- Broad network across Global Banking and/or commercial banking business and supporting functions
- Knowledge of the regulatory and governance
- Knowledge of Global Banking and commercial banking client base e.g. FIG, MNC, LC
- Good English enables good written & verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
