Responsibilities:
- Process SFC licensing and HKMA registration applications
- Conduct due diligence and assess fit and proper test of applicants based on information submitted
- Handle regulatory enquiries on conduct or licensing-related matters
- Familiarize with the HK SFC licensing and competency/ fit & proper framework
Requirements:
- Proven working experience with HKMA registration processes
- Solid experience in end-to-end licensing process
- Have at least 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
