My client is a one of the leading professional consultancy with offices globally. They are looking for a junior lawyer to be based in Singapore and reporting to the Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating day-to-day commercial contracts
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for fact - finding and negotiating purposes
- Dealing with employment and HR issues
- Such other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Paralegal, Legal Executive or Junior Lawyer
- 1 - 2 years' experience doing commercial contracts and dealing with stakeholders
- Strong command of English and excellent legal drafting abilities
- Native mandarin skills is a MUST as the role covers China doing Bilingual contracts
- Self - starter and Stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
