About the role
This is a regional role, and you will be reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel based in Singapore.
Duties
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing commercial contracts & agreements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for fact - finding and negotiating purposes
- Supporting with the regulatory and HR matters in the business
- Supporting lawyers to strengthen the Group's compliance and governance frameworks
- Such other duties as assigned from time to time
About you
- Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 3 - 6 years post qualification experience
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of general commercial contracts
- Some in-house experience will be an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team, with initiative to seek guidance as necessary
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the business
