Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a vast variety of commercial contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding and Collaboration Agreements, Software Licences,
- Provide legal advisory support on technology and outsourcing matters, cybersecurity, due diligence requirements, etc;
- Advise business areas on legal risk and corporate governance
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
About You
- 5 to 8 years plus Singapore / Common Law qualified lawyer
- In-house experience is not necessary but will be an advantage
- Must have a strong experience in a wide range of commercial contracts
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- Confident, sociable and be able to hold their own when dealing with senior management.
