Argyll Scott Thailand are partnering with the leading IT Company in Thailand, finding a talent candidate who have professional experienced on backend API and frontend development with excellent in managing software engineer team to support their upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management - Leading, Coaching, Mentoring and Motivating team members following Agile - Scrum Methodology system.
- Hand on several project management and dealing with business team closely to generate work pipeline.
- Develop Backend API with PHP - Laravel framework and design Frontend with VueJS and NextJS.
- Deliver excellent quality of work during timeline and following business requirement.
- Fix and report any issues on work pipeline and production issues.
Key Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experienced software development and team management.
- Experienced develop and design Backend API with PHP (Laravel framework) and/or frontend with VueJS and Next.JS
- Excellent team management skills such as coaching, motivating, mentoring and leading people.
- Familia with MySQL, SQL Server database and Cloud AWS.
- Good knowledge in UX/UI design and user experience.
- Understanding e-commerce business, legacy system,
- Native or fluent in Thai Communication.
