Job requirements
- Manage key suppliers across the region including but not limited to terms negotiations, new relationships development, and new initiatives design
- Manage suppliers relationships and design strategies that are aligned to the omni-channel strategy plan
- Drive suppliers meeting, sales meetings, workshops, and conferences regularly; perform suppliers performance management
- Review data and insights to draw business plans and provide accurate analysis on performance
- Perform ad hoc tasks that are required
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least 10 years experience in key account management or suppliers management from a sizable FMCG company or retailer
- Highly attention to detail; flexible and agile personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholders' management skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Result oriented; professional and strong work ethics
- Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity
