Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationship with clients
  • Managing clients by data driven and find opportunity to growth in sales and share for key account
  • Generate sales report monthly and JBP with clients
  • Account Planning i.e. promotion & activation and NPD launch plan
  • Trade term negotiation
  • Delivery KPI of net sales, spending, trade spend, margin
  • Works closely with marketing, trade marketing, demand and other relevant function
  • Ensure perfect store execution and share of shelf (OOS, OSA), distribution and coaching PC

Qualification

  • At least 5 years' experience as KAM in Modern Trade and have experience in Tesco or Big C account in FMCG
  • Good in English
  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking
