A top-tier European investment bank with prestigious reputation globally is looking for an officer to manage a portfolio of syndicated loans to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for loan administration, loan operations and agency related finance documents
- Analyse conditions and criteria for progress to loan drawdown
- Handle waiver, amendment requests or enquiries from clients or lenders
- Liaise with legal counsels or external parties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in syndicated loan operation processing in banking industry
- Good understanding in operational risk control framework
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese
