You will be a part of Technology, Business Applications & Digital pillar of Group ICT (Information & Communication Technology) function and will be reporting to Group Manager - Digital Applications. The role is that of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Technical Lead, responsible for leading and driving the management, configuration, deployment, administration & support of Digital systems. The role is strategic and key to implement new Digital projects & initiatives and ensure their successful adoption.
Responsibilities
Lead Digital Projects Implementation
- Engage with business stakeholders and understanding the problem, scoping and documenting business requirements
- Research and evaluate various digital systems/ applications/solutions, perform a fit gap, technology and TCO analysis and recommend the solution that best fit with the requirements
- Finalize project scope and prepare implementation plan in collaboration with the stakeholders and solution's vendor
- Design, build/configure digital systems as per business standard processes and requirements
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Teams for the integration requirement and development
- Test and simulate digital systems to ensure correctness/accuracy of configurations
- Control and assign the users' profile and roles according to the users' requirements control procedure
- Master data preparation and uploading
- Plan, prepare and conduct user acceptance testing and end-users training
- Test transaction clean-up post training
- Update stakeholders on project progress
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the scope, implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project goals
Lead Digital Systems Administration and Support
- Control and assign the users' profile and roles according to the users' requirements control procedure
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users for incoming queries and issues and requirements related to digital systems
- Monitor compliance and transactional data regularly and ensuring that end-users are properly and effectively using the applications with data accuracy & integrity in collaboration with the process champions
- Implementation of new modules to support new business requirements
- Perform regular system health check to identify areas for improvement or unused functionality where refresher training is needed
- Conduct refresher training
Vendor management
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, RFP and contract negotiation processes
- Work closely with vendors during project implementation and post go-live
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to answer vendor questions and oversee tasks
- Manage vendor's licensing and service billing
- Ensure vendor's service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology or any other related fields
- 10+ years experience in Leading Digital applications implementation, administration & support
- 3+ years experience in end to end project management and vendor management
- 3+ years experience in programming/scripting (SQL, HTML/CSS, Java Script, VBA)
- Experience in ticketing/helpdesk system - like Manage Engine, ServiceNow, Remedy etc. is a plus
- Knowledge and experience using ETL and cloud integrator tools is a plus
