About Our Client

Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a Leading technology company. They are now looking for an IT Solution Manager (Storage) to join their team in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

  • Solutions Consultant mainly focus on carrier
  • Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers challenges.
  • Building relationships with customers and business partner with proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
  • Architecting solutions to meet the needs of the client by leveraging best practices and offering insight into client business and industry verticals.
  • Delivering demonstrations, presentations and consultation to prospective and current clients
  • Leading the team to determine, resolve and communicate technical business to client's management team
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's
  • Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework

Requirements

  • At least bachelor degree in telecommunication engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years work experience in telecommunication industry or related vendors.
  • Big data and distributed storage knowledge: familiar with Hadoop ecological HDFS, YARN, MR/SPARK, Hbase, Hive, Flume, Kafka and other component principles and BDPaaS service integration and architecture、
  • Good communication and presentation skill in English.
  • Positive attitude and able to work under challenging assignments, good handle with pressure.
  • Certificates from other vendors as EMC/IBM/HP are advantages.
  • Understanding and solution design: Be able to understand customer network, business and strategic requirements, influence customer planning and budget, match customer requirements, and design solutions with comprehensive consideration of competition, profitability, and deliverability.
  • Customer communication: Be able to influence the customer decision-making supporter/decision-maker. Be able to effectively transfer product and solution value, establish good trust relationships with customers, and influence customer decision-making.
  • Project operation capability: Be able to promote lead effectively convert to opportunities, develop solution strategies, implement solutions, and achieve project success.
  • Transaction management capability: Be able to formulate effective commercial strategies and achieve project profitability targets.
  • Industry influence: Understand the current industry ecosystem and have certain industry influence
