Argyll Scott is currently recruiting an IT infrastructure and administrator role for the leading international banking
We are looking for IT infrastructure and administrator who has working background in banking industry and experiences of support, maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting. The perfect matched candidate also has to back up data and manage network security to support banking procedure
Key Responsibilities
- To assist branch staffs on IT related matters.
- Liaise with respective Head Office personnel on IT matters
- To assist the branch in resolving basic hardware faults or errors.
- To resume responsibility of controlling computer system for the branch
- Perform test of disaster recovery plan at least once a year and to update any change to BCP immediately.
- To deploy application on test/live system upon request from IT Head Office
- To liaise with vendors on hardware problems and to request for engineer to be available on-site when required.
- To maintain and support on the regulator systems (BOT, AMLO, DPA) and also revenue department.
- To ensure that computer room are well maintained
- To be responsible for controlling the computer systems for the branch.
- Overall control of network including support on IT related hardware and software matters.
- Handle on procurement with vendors for hardware / software
Key Qualifications
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure (server, network, telephony)
- Background knowledge in IT security (ISO27001 is advantage)
- Experience in banking system is advantage
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tool
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
- Possess a service-oriented mind and courteous
- Have the appropriate skill sets, ability, and patience to work under pressure
