My client is a large conglomerate in various nature of business industries across the APAC region across both B2B, B2C and B2B2C sectors.

Seeking for a strong IT Business Partner to help drive the technology strategies, directions, technology adoption and change management across complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to work closely with various stakeholders, internal and external to drive the strategy and vision of the APAC IT team, work towards optimising existing landscape as well as identifying new emerging technologies to ensure automation and constant process improvements.
  • Strong experience in Sales and Distribution processes (eg: SAP SD) and Digital Commercial processes (eg: Salesforce, CRM etc)
  • Familiar with different nature of business model (eg: B2B, B2C, B2B2C) and able to grasp the understanding of different sales processes required in different environment
  • Ability to drive and lead business solutioning, provide suggestions and best practices of the solution architecture
  • Responsible to be the key advisor to business stakeholders and C-level leadership team for overall product directions and strategies
  • Experience with align IT roadmaps, transformation journey and drive technology adoption across different locations, familiar with the Asia multicultural environment

Requirements:

  • More than 8 years of experience in business partnering responsibilities especially liaising with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience working in complex matrix environment in multicultural Asia landscape
  • Familiar with SAP environment and Salesforce is highly advantageous
  • Familiar with sales processes is a must
  • Experience in SAP S4 HANA is an added advantage
