Responsibilities:
* Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; and partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
* Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
* Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs
* Assess business process and system inefficiencies
* Stay current with stakeholders needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences
* Ability to analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
Requirements:
* 2 - 5 years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services Industry, with a focus on business analysis and/or system analysis * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required
* Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing and Implementation Verification Tests
* Knowledge / working experience on JIRA and other tools
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill * Previous project management / Agile experience
