- Lead and provide guidance on the company's business direction.
- Develop and communicate both short-term and long-term strategic plans, highlighting key business objectives.
- Establish financial and operational goals, ensuring these are translated into actionable plans for individual business units.
- Foster effective collaboration with business unit leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring cohesive development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Create, monitor, and assess the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overall objectives and successful strategy execution.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of both internal and external factors, including market trends, industry shifts, and competitor actions, to derive valuable business insights and inform strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in a corporate or business strategy and planning role.
- Proven capability in research and market/company analysis.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with a knack for influencing senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated leadership in a professional setting.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in Management Consulting is a must.
- Overseas education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Retail, CRM, and POS system
