Our client is one of the most well-known luxury retail brands in the world. They're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to work on an exciting and cutting edge project supporting their retail POS system.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the POS support liaison between POS Vendor, service desk support and retail users in APAC region.
- Provide technical support for retail POS system and system interfaces, including troubleshooting, setup, configuration, monitoring and training
- Provide assistance in system testing and program deployment.
- Assist in both root cause and trend analysis of incidents
- Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution.
- Assist in the in-house IT tool development to improve the regular support productivity
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within luxury retail
- 3 years of working experience with retail systems and system integration.
- Good knowledge in Oracle and SQL script
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
