My client is a technology automation start up organisation having presences across Singapore, China and Thailand. Seeking for an IT Business Analyst to join the pioneer team to bring the organisation to their new milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to work with different teams on best way to build modern software solutions
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise deliverables and timelines
- Responsible to be the business bridge between users - translate user stories to drive business improvement and development
- Responsible for UAT and change management activities
- Proactively plays a part in shaping documentations, best practices, principals, and values
Requirements:
- At least more than 3 years' of work experience in business analysis
- Familiar with working with Agile scrum-based teams
- Able to influence and lead multiple levels of business stakeholders across business domain and technology domain
- Comfortable working with internal / external parties on various requirements gathering
- Critical thinker and problem-solving mindset
