Argyll Scott works with a leading IT consulting firm based in Thailand to find the Infrastructure Service Management Lead position.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client to ensure that standardization methods and IT processes run smoothly. You are also responsible for driving the business opportunity for continuous IT process improvement and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and design IT Service management processes for client include, designing, implementing and standard IT operation
  • Support end to end IT service management application
  • Oversee and conduct IT compliance in the processes and SLA, and provide recommendation the improvement area
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training
  • Responsible for leading the transition in the project to ensure that it will run smoothly
  • Identify the risk in the process and provide solution to prevent them

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills and good understanding in IT infrastructure system and IT operation process
  • Good understanding in IT standardization, IT incident management, IT change management and SLA management
  • Experience in conduct and leading IT process management training
  • Strong stakeholder management and client management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
