In-Store Manager (FMCG)
My client is a Multinational FMCG company which a reputation in the market worldwide.
Job responsibilities;
· Build, develop store strategy with clear category and channel focus to win in-store.
· Determine the requirement of in-store POS & shopper marketing initiatives to drive the In-store agenda
· Determine in-store agenda and go to market selling materials
· Provide supporting tools & materials for a job including the picture of Success for sales operation execution
· Monitor KPIs to ensure overall performance by category and channel
· Continuous improvement of the perfect store performance through score card review with Sales, Category & Finance
· Training & development of perfect store to build capability and awareness on perfect store agenda
· Work with the regional center of deployment on upgrading perfect store WoW and seize opportunities.
· Continuous improvement of the standard & quality of business deliver
Qualification;
· Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably FMCG industry with experience in handling merchandising, in-store activation across channels.
· Bachelor or Master's Degree holder, with any discipline is acceptable
· Prefer people management experience and fluent in English.
· Good communication skills and works experience with vendor, merchandiser/ auditor and as well customers internally & externally
· Good knowledge of computer skills; in terms of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Knowledge about Nielsen Retail Audit
