Job Description
Provide a wide range of human resources function such as recruitment and administrative related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to HR Managers
- Support the HR Manager on preparation of employment contracts, HR related letters
- Support interview arrangement and processes along the recruitment cycle
- Provide administrative support to ensure internal transfer and termination process are aligned with company policy
- Handle employee purchase and ensure processes are aligned to company policy
- Provide support on learning & development activities including but not limited to sourcing and negotiating with vendors on venue sourcing or quotation
- Manage invoicing and Purchase Order (PO) and validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a sizable retail organisation
- Familiar with local Labour Ordinance
- Perform duties in a confidential manner
