Job Description

Provide a wide range of human resources function such as recruitment and administrative related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to HR Managers
  • Support the HR Manager on preparation of employment contracts, HR related letters
  • Support interview arrangement and processes along the recruitment cycle
  • Provide administrative support to ensure internal transfer and termination process are aligned with company policy
  • Handle employee purchase and ensure processes are aligned to company policy
  • Provide support on learning & development activities including but not limited to sourcing and negotiating with vendors on venue sourcing or quotation
  • Manage invoicing and Purchase Order (PO) and validation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a sizable retail organisation
  • Familiar with local Labour Ordinance
  • Perform duties in a confidential manner
