HRBP + TA Manager
This role is an individual contributer direclty reporting to HR Director.
The coorporate headcount is approximately 500 headcounts.
TA (70%)
*Define and execute recruitment strategies.
*Develop and execute framework of talent management on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, talent movement and retention.
*Develop and manage key performance indicators for attraction, sourcing and hiring of candidates.
*Conduct full life cycle of executive recruiting.
HRBP (30%)
*Manage and develop full spectrum of human resources (except C&B, OD, and HRIS)
*Forecast and plan talent pipeline requirement in line with the functional / business strategies.
*Being a business partnet, a change leader, and linkage between management and business
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. At least 10+ years of related HRBP and TA working experience
3. Experience in regional management would be a big advantage
4. Self-starter, result-oriented
