Our Client is a global trading MNC with a strong presence all over the region. They are a highly sought after company to work for, who offer a great career progression. There is now an opening opportunity for a young professional role as a "Human Resource Business Partner" who has depth knowledge of HR areas both strategic and operation with commercial mindset to partner with business in order to support on company's directions and goals.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Report directly to the MD and work closely with the management teams, the qualified candidate will be a key contact for HR issues, the responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partner with MD and head of department to execute company direction with also HC activities and programs that support business
  • Translate business requirements and objectives into effective HR practices
  • Support business function and act as key leaders in HR related issues
  • Ensure all business partners/vendors on training programs to ensure the learning requirements and objectives are met
  • Ensure business's policies and procedures are in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Provide guidance / advice and input on restructures, workforce planning, succession planning including HR Policy and practice
  • Manage recruitment through active sourcing and selection techniques and build up an active candidate pipeline using a mix of channels by ensure process of acquiring right people, onboarding, retention and exit interviews are in place
  • Facilitate strategy planning by provide coaching and guidance to heads of department to deploy their strategies
  • Review policies, procedures, and recommend changes if required to enhance on overall Employee Relation
  • Manage KPI on employees' suggestion scheme system to improve overall performance of the company
  • Manage performance Management process and ensure employees actively participate and complete it in a timely manner
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensure overall HR functions are smoothly operated

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Management / Psychology / Law / HR related field is preferred
  • At least 12 years' direct experience in HR in a managerial position
  • Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen leadership and stakeholder management skill
  • Familiarity and understand FCPA and compliant with can-do attitude
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with an organized and systematic thought process
  • Experience in fast paced environment in MNC, FMCG, and Pharma business is a plus
