KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership in HR:
- Spearhead strategic HR planning for the Thailand employee base, overseeing projects related to Impacted People Matters at both local and global/regional levels.
- Drive initiatives such as Development Academy, Benefits Analysis and Enhancements, and Execution of Development Solutions.
Data Management and Analytics:
- Effectively oversee and manage various data and analytics projects, handling multiple requests with precision.
Compensation and Benefits Leadership:
- Collaborate with corporate regional CoE HR to proactively develop and lead efforts in compensation and benefits.
- Champion areas like Development, Talent Strategy, Total Rewards, Well-being & Belonging to position the organization as a leader in human capital excellence.
Initiative Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the team's project portfolio by conducting thorough research, analysis, and preparatory work.
- Ensure the communication requirements for each individual project are met efficiently.
Effective Communication and Alignment:
- Maintain robust communication with HR practice centers, support partners, and HR leadership to guarantee project delivery aligns with HR strategy.
Global Employee Engagement:
- Innovate methods to connect with the global employee community and collaborate with HR regional team members to implement these engagement strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4-5 years' experience in HRBP/HR COE/HR Project Managements
- In-depth knowledge of global/locally for people developments with strategic planning expertise and change management expertise
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Good English
- Thai Nationality
- 2 years Contracts
