Our client is one of the fast and growing organization conglomerate business in Thailand. They are currently looking for an energetic, initiative, and independent professional to lead the role of a HR Director who has solid background in OD / Change Management / HR Transformation with strong leadership skill to oversee entire HR issues in Thailand.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

· Report directly to the CEO and work in partnership with the Management teams in Thailand

· Oversee full spectrums of overall HR functions particularly in HRD and able to lead a large HR team as well as build the culture of the company

· Influence & Drive changes and work with senior management in organisation

· Initiate and Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes

· Continuously have an overview of the competency needs and ensure professional staffing

· Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship

· Ensure that the organization and employees are continuously developed to create maximum value

· In charge of organizational change and transformation projects when needed

· Ensure effective change management plans in place for any significant changes

Desired Skills & Experience

· Degree qualified in Business Management / OD / HRM is preferred

· At least 10 years working experience in Human Resource preferably in Large Corporation (5000 HC up) with OD / Change Management / HR Transformation / HR Restructuring experience - Retail business would be an advantage

· Ability to establish credibility across the matrix organization and engage sites

· Professional, dynamic, versatile, independent, and able to deal with senior management people

· Strong relationship building, management, problem solving, and negotiation skills

· Strategic thinking, good leadership and interpersonal skills

· Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage in a fast-paced environment

· A healthy balance of big picture theory, best-practices, and strategy as well as the ability to roll up the sleeves and execute

· Empathic leader with an inherent ability to put themselves in others' shoes

· Experience implementing leadership, teamwork and culture trainings

· Excellent in Communication skills both Thai & English language
