Our client is Technology related firm with a strong presence in Thailand. They are looking for a Head of Sales who has strong business acumen to oversee business strategy with strong project management skill. To be successful in this position, you should be able manage overall P&L and implement sales plans as well as motivate employees to hit sales goals.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders and leadership teams to design, develop, and execute strategic plans and drive action plan to achieve sales targets
- Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement
- actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers.

- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes with ability to increase sales volume
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
- Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships
- Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets
- Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products
- Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports
- Develop people and manage end-to-end recruitment process to acquire sales staff
- Growing and leading the team within the business including overseeing career development / progression and organizational structure
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and other related fields
- At least 15+ years of relevant working experience
- Tech Savvy with experience in Fast-paced environment or E-Business will be preferred
- Ability to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers
- Solid communication, interpersonal, presentation, project management & improvement, and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset, business acumen, good personality, self-driven and strong commitment
