Our client is a global leading beauty brand. We are looking for a talent for position of Head of Sales to lead retail team. We need someone with direct experience in beauty products to join their team
Job Description:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and revenues
- Monitor sale targets of each POS closely and ensure that sell through targets are met and feedback the team for prompt reaction toward brand competitors
- Monitor and manage sales action plans with retail team, Area managers, or counter managers for each individual BAs performance
- Effective manage and drive retail KPIs- conversions, traffic, and other to elevate store and staff performance
- Hands on each strategy and able the forecast Sales, P&L with the management team
- Analyze commission and incentive scheme
- Manage product replenishment and stock forecast into a right door and right amount
- Analyze and manage inventory holdings for all channels at healthy level.
- Manage slow movement stock and FIFO at counter level
- Manage and control return stock from all channel within budget
- Responsible for staff's grooming, selling skills, customer service, motivation, grievance handling and discipline
- Align with education to increase all area for BA productivities - Align with education for BA development program
- Partner with education person for budget controlling
- Understanding well about market, client segment, work with internal team and regional team to develop business plans for new doors and to increase sales for existing via in store events, brand activation
- Support VM team to align with direction and deliver best experience in store
Job Requirements:
- Thai Nationality ONLY
- Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in a related to the industry
- With at least 5 years of relevant of working experience in sales for Beauty retail
- Good command in English (Verbal & Written)
- Business minded and possesses good problem-solving skills - Strong in operational and hands-on with details and accuracy in sales and operations
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
