Head of Marketing
Our client is one of the top 5 retail business based in Bangkok - Thailand, urgently looking for Head of Marketing - Fashion retail to support their new business functions, expand the market and revenues.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Over all Marketing - Set up and target customer strategies, plans and develop marketing policies and systems to ensure that the established policy and systems are competitive and in line with the organization's strategy and current trends.
- Set concept - action plans, sales promotion activities to growth revenue.
- Marketing Strategy - Build online and offline marketing strategies and other marketing function development such as PR/Communication, Advertising, and marketing activities for the store.
- Cost and budget management - overviewing of P&L and expense in marketing functions and operation management.
- Team management - coaching, monitoring, motivating subordinates to drive their full capacity/performance and provide career path growth guidelines.
- Marketing systems development - to ensure that the system is effective and in line with the ever-changing situations.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, MBA, or related field.
· At least 7 years of working experience in fashion retail business.
· Strong understanding of operations system related to the organization's business
· Excellent managerial and computer skills
· Excellent command of Thai and English for business conduct level
· Strong people management, coordination skill and digital skill

· Salary: 150K-200K
