About the Role
You will head the Singapore legal team with a focus on ensuring the best advice and the implementation on new and innovatvie technology solutions
Duties
- Responsible for all commercial contracts both internal and external
- Managing a team of two junior staff - develop, lead and train
- Providing legal advice on such matters including - employement, HR, regulatory, commercial and corporate
- Be the key point of contact for any legal matters in the Singapore market
- Be a part of the leadership team to advise on new business strategies and automation of processes
- Key point of contact for regualtory, vendors and external counsel
- Partner with the compliance team to execute a robust governance structure
About you
- 8+ years expereince both from private practice and inhouse (ideally some insurance expereince preferred)
- Experience delivering technology focussed solutions in a business
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholder to achieve results
