Head of Finance - Recruitment

Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 per annum + bonus
A Recruitment company are looking for a Head of Finance to join their fast paced, growing finance team.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting.
· Manage the finance team
· Manage weekly cash flows.
· Approve & reject budgets.
· Liaise with auditors.
· Interface with auditors & banks.
Key skills required for this role will include:
· Experience in working for a Recruitment business.
· Background in leading, motivating & developing a team.
· Knowledge of leading a budgeting process.
· Experience in dealing with umbrella companies.
· ACA or ACCA Qualified.
