Responsibility:

Lead a team of full-stack engineers, system analysts, and QAs, providing technical guidance and support
Provide guidance to team members and drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices
Coach team to write and perform unit tests
Provide technical guidance to team members
Monitor project progress, communicate status and risks, and ensure timely delivery
Manage quality and compliance of the deliverables
Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions
Assess and provide solutions to complex issues or incidents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in full-stack development and system architecture design
Strong backend development using NodeJS
Skill in frontend development using React, VueJS, Angular is a plus
Experience in web services (SOAP, REST), databases, DevOps, container technology
Knowledge of Azure / AWS
Familiar with Agile
Good command of spoken and written English
Ability to coach and manage developer and testing team members
Strong leadership, team management and presentation skills
Retail Industry Experience is a plus
