Argyll Scott is partnering with one of Thailand's leading tech-driven real estate developers that want to transform the experience of their customer through an all-in-one mobile application to facilitate their daily life's activities.

Business sector: Property Management

Location: Bangkok / MRT line

Report to: CEO / Business Owner

Sizing of management: 100 - 150 subordinates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team sizing of 100 - 150 people with 4 directors under you (Operations, Sales, BD, Product/Tech)
  • Drive the user engagement for application with B2B service partnership strategy, as well as enhancing the supplier and customer journeys

Key Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience with digitalized BPO operations, record of B2B service partnership, and handling complaints or improvements via platform.
  • Prefer background from Finance/Retail/Service-sharing
