Due to significant business expansion, there is an opportunity for a driven and proactive professional to come in and take the role of Head of Compliance. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of compliance processes and will be tasked with supporting the further growth of the business by controlling the all compliance matters in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Reporting directly to the MD, working in partnership with the leadership team of each department to ensure the best practices of compliance are applied across the organization.
· Being the focal point of contact on compliance matters, working in partnership with key stakeholders and team members as well as coordinating with regulators.
· Monitoring compliance processed including AML and KYC, evaluating compliance gaps and making recommendations for process improvement.
· Providing compliance advice and making sure the business operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
· Ensuring the implementation of all compliance practices meets the needs of the business.
Skills & Experience
· Degree qualified in any relevant discipline.
· At least 7 years of experience in the compliance function.
· A sound understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
· Candidates with experience in licenses for digital products will be prioritized.
· Excellent in Communication skills both Thai & English language.
