Argyll Scott Thailand is partnering with top 5 Banking company in Thailand, We are looking for Head of Business Analyst position with professional experience in Treasury system and Securities with Excellent technical skills to drive Business Analyst team to deliver best solution and growth exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Treasury and Securities Solution Delivery including solution design and managing system development such as registrar, custodian, paying agent, Mutual Fund selling agent and private banking business including related operational processes.
- provide business impact on both product selling and customer services to handle operational risk and compliance controls.
- Strategic planning including direction, budget, manpower which aligned with company strategy.
- Partnering with stakeholder teams across business units (e.g. sales, operations, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way.
- Working closely with development, managerial, and executive teams, including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Providing suggestion for new suitable solution or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Identifies opportunities and facilitates significant improvements to processes and systems.
- Leading, Mentoring and Driving Business Analyst team
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting and Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Application development, Transformation or Project management.
- Experienced manage and lead BA, SA and software development team.
- Must have experienced in treasury and securities business including related regulatory and compliance.
- Experienced in project management, time management plan, programmatic problem solving, risk management, organization and negotiate skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with easily generate the complex business and systems to understandable best solution
- Efficiently collaborate with diverse team such as business user, stakeholder, international Vendor, Software Engineer, and architect team to achieve the target and and deliver best customer experience.
- Excellent English communication.
