My client, an established corporate bank in the region is looking for a Head of Account Opening to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to support client onboarding/reviews and improve operational efficiencies
- Review and enhance the client onboarding framework, update relevant guidelines and procedures to govern the account opening process
- Identify gaps and implement on-boarding controls and systems/process enhancement
- Manage audit/regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of audit issues and regulatory findings
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10+ years of experience in corporate banking accounting opening/ client onboarding/ KYC/ CDD
- Team management experience is preferred
- Good Command of English and Chinese (both speaking and writing)
