Argyll Scott is partnering with a growing life insurance firm to look for a new senior growth manager/senior manager. The position will be a great opportunity to partner with business for a variety of new digital and channel initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drives team performance to achieve team performance targets
- Establish and track performance goals and to develop scripts for Growth team
- Guide and monitor business performances to ensure quality and compliance guidelines
- Works with Branding Partnership team to deliver all-rounded branding and marketing campaigns
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business or relevant field
- At least 6 years work experience in telesales or outbound call center role in the insurance or financial services industry, with 2+ years' experience in managing team
- High sales drive, mature, good telephone manner and able to take responsibility for achieving goals
- Good customer centric skills and stress management
- Self-driven, open minded and flexible
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Attain regulatory qualification (IIQE paper 1,2&3) is preferable
