An inniovative and fast paced Technology organisation is hiring an Experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager based in Singapore. You will spearhead initiatives to outreach and ignite students' passion in technology and groom talents into future leaders for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies includes employer branding, outreach campaign planning, and talent forecasting/planning
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end of a fresh graduate recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate assessment to interview, to offer management
  • Identify and create a plan to source for candidates for fresh graduate talents and build pipelines
  • Engage applicants to ensure a pleasant and positive candidate experience
  • Keep abreast of latest trends and innovations in recruitment and outreach
  • Engage the talents, understand their career aspiration and developmental needs
  • Ensure the talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the business

About You:

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience in either graduate recruitment, talent management or business partnering
  • Good understanding on the Technology / ICT industry preferred
  • Experience in internet sourcing (e.g. social media, job boards, etc), preferably with web-marketing skills
  • Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
