We want to hire a Sales System Support and Analytics Manager for a big global company that makes everyday products. This role helps the sales team by looking at data and computer systems to understand things better. The company offers good perks and has a positive work environment
Day to day
- Make sure demand planning is accurate and matches the Trade marketing team's goals. Help decide how to distribute products when there are supply issues.
- Create sales reports and analysis to share with managers and the sales team every week, month, and quarter, and make sure they're on time and correct.
- Plan how much money to spend on trade deals and commissions for distributors, and make sure it stays within the budget.
- Keep important information up to date: new distributor teams, new salespeople, new areas, and new products.
- Work with the main computer system team to fix problems. This means working with Accenture and Verismart to help the sales team.
- Teach and guide people to understand the computer system: Distributor administrators and salespeople, sales team members, and other teams.
- Work with others to turn projects, tasks, data, and market information into useful insights or tools for the sales team and managers.
- Have a degree in a related field like a Bachelor's.
- Have worked in similar roles for at least 5 years.
- Understand business and can use tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Macros to analyze things.
- Pay close attention to details and are accurate.
- Are good at organizing and can manage many tasks at once.
- Can communicate well in both Thai and English.
