A lifestyle destination for restaurants and hospitality company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage and Restaurants Marketing Manager to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will bring the overall marketing strategies alive through your solid and comprehensive marketing management, and enable commercial success across the restaurant brands in the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a compelling offer of marketing activation and campaigns to drive traffic, with the understanding of different restaurant brands' USP and services, target market demographics and dining trends
- Partner with restaurants General Managers, operations managers, F&B heads and other key stakeholders to identify local store marketing needs and opportunities, develop and execute local store marketing tactics, from start to end, with the end goal of achieving brand loyalty and topline sales
- Analyse and report all marketing activities' ROIs and insights so as to optimize further marketing investment and work
- Build solid F&B media and industry connections and relationships, foster strategic partnerships and special events, to establish the best-in-class for the restaurants' brand equity
Key requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experiences in food & beverage, restaurants and/or hospitality
- Foodie expert who knows the latest trending restaurant locations, captures the most Instagrammable food posts and stories, has the fingertips on the food & beverage pulses in Singapore and beyond
- Dynamic and passionate marketer who thrives and excels at multiple projects management and fast-paced environment
- Excellent in English language, in both business writing and public speaking
