Our client is a luxury retail company with very rapid growth. They are currently looking for a high calibre individual to support the Hong Kong market on its management reporting side.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for month end management reporting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will work closly with the Accounting Shared Services team to ensure reports are produced in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively with the retail store management team on enhancing retail operating process and internal control. You will also assist the local GM on driving sales and ensuring targets are met. You will work cross functionally with marketing and merchandising teams on promotions, events, campaigns etc from a financial perspective.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- At least 8 years relevant experience from sizable Retail / FMCG background
- Independent, agile and flexible character
- Detail minded, hands on, collaborative personality
- Willingness to roll up their sleeves
- Strong communication and stakeholders' management skills
- Cantonese / Mandarin is a must
