As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Director to join our team and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

- As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, overseeing the finance team, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.

- Managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Overseeing the company's accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

- Monitoring the company's financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.

- Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.

- Leading and developing the finance team to ensure the department's continued success.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

- 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Thai and Communicable in English.
