Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our globally recognized product suite and offer comprehensive guidance on leveraging technology in the delivery of digital marketing journeys. Deliver both standard and customized presentations to clients.

  • Client Engagement: Proactively interact with mid/senior management and C-level executives of clients, fostering trust and credibility to facilitate the growth of their businesses through the adoption of Appier's enterprise solutions.

  • End-to-End Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and the organization.

  • Solution Formulation: Innovate and expand solutions to create additional product or service attachments, maximizing opportunities for revenue growth through effective upselling strategies.

  • Business Ecosystem Development: Establish and nurture a local business ecosystem in Thailand specifically tailored to support the growth of Appier's enterprise business.

About You:

  • Marketing Technology Expertise: Possess critical experience in marketing technology, including omni-channel, CX, marketing automation, CDP or DMP, marketing attribution platforms, web analytics, etc.

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of successful software sales experience targeting enterprise accounts, small and medium-sized enterprises, and mid-market segments. Ideally, this experience should involve SaaS-based offerings.

  • Data and AI Knowledge: Exhibit professional knowledge of terminology, trends, and concepts related to Data and AI products, contributing to informed and strategic client interactions.

  • Consultative Selling Skills: Showcase the ability to understand client needs through consultative selling, ensuring that solutions align closely with their business requirements.

  • Communication Skills: Possess concise oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai to effectively convey complex ideas and build strong relationships.

  • Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment, showcasing adaptability to changing circumstances.
