Enterprise Architect/ Head of Architect-Perm role;85K-120K

• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for the IT Teams in relation to Platform & Integration.
• Develop the blueprints/roadmap on Platform & Integration
• Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems; deliver architectural initiatives that drive efficiency and leverage investment. Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise data and metadata structures, enforcing best practices for master data management and integration.
• Work within the Enterprise Architecture Governance processes and repository and toolset to deliver appropriate documentation such as (but not limited to) schedules, requirements documents, specifications, design documents, and presentations and also produce regular architectural status reports.
• Review new and existing programme/project architecture for compliance with IT standards, policies, and architectural plans. Also review IT procurement plans for compliance with IT standards and architectural plans. Document exceptions to architectural standards and mitigated these back to strategic direction.
• Align with assigned Milestone KPIs

• Master degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• More than 10 Years of experience in solution and enterprise architecture development and governance.
• Demonstrated capability in assessing and implementing new technological platforms and integration solutions
• Have demonstrated capability in designing long term architectural roadmaps, delivering the planned state architecture.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies.
• Must be able to influence, advise and present to all levels of the organisation and externally.
• Fluency in the written and spoken English language
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Innovative and enthusiastic for new challenges, creative and inventive.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Priority management, problem-solving and decision-making, including providing recommendations on available options.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with a diverse group of internal and external personnel.
• Previous experience with container platforms, CI/CD
• Previous experience as a developer in the large enterprise using Java, C#/.NET, C++
• Familiarity with scripting languages Python, BASH, Perl, Groovy.
• Business Process Development, using modelling notations such as BPMN, to enable functional design
• Architecture; software engineering; Dev/Ops; Cloud; Infrastructure; Security; and Technology Trend awareness with the ability to translate this into non-architecture language for communication.
• Knowledge of appropriate Sovereign Legislation to ensure relevant compliance when reviewing solutions.
• Demonstrate experience in Data modelling and Analysis to design solutions for Deep Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
