The Client
My client is an international Automotive manufacturer with manufacturing sites based in Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Rayong areas. They manufacture and distribute their products globally.
The Role
Manage on a direct basis, engineering and facility maintenance both reactive and proactive following and improving planned preventative maintenance schedules and plans based in Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Rayong areas. The role includes troubleshooting of engineering processes on site.
- Manage automotive assembly operation.
- Plan automotive assembly production line tooling, jigs, fixtures & machines.
- Work suppliers to develop required tooling, jigs / fixtures, machines for production lines.
- Manage efficient automotive assembly line layout, assembly process flow along with Manufacturing Team.
- Manage the utilities for electricity, air, water as per industrial standard and adequate capacity
- Manage maintenance processes for automotive production facility
- Manage budgets for tooling, jigs / fixtures, machines for production lines.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Fault Finding related to tooling and facility.
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
**Thai Only** with a strong background in Automotive Engineering Maintenance Management ****
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of Experience in Automotive production tooling and facility maintenance management
- Automotive tooling, layout and facility experience
- Hands-on experience of designing and development of tools, jigs/fixtures for automotive assembly line
- Project management
