Our client are one of the worlds leading beverage groups with a diverse portfolio that spans three regions globally. They are looking for an eCommerce Manager to be at the centre of the businesses online growth throughout SEA, with a purpose to strengthen partnerships across all their eCommerce channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive digital revenue for the SEA eCommerce channel by collaborating with stakeholders within the region and global, to accelerate eCommerce in the countries on all online channels
- Own key account management with strategic partners such as SEA marketplaces and retailers
- Conduct Annual Joint Business Plans, quarterly and monthly reviews with partners, country and brand teams, to evaluate past performance and plan ahead for upcoming campaigns/ launches
- Improve ROI closely working with country teams and their eCommerce partners
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics and how it works together to drive eCommerce revenue
- Monthly reporting and analysis of performance across brands and countries
- Lead research initiatives around competitive analysis and digital trends
What you look like:
- A minimum of 5+ years eCommerce experience, preferably in a regional role
- Prior experience in working with marketplaces is a must with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenues
- Must have a good understanding of all aspects of selling online
- Experience in driving revenues, collaborating with multiple brand/ business stakeholders is key
