Our client is one of global luxury fashion boutique and retailer. They are actively looking for E-Commerce Manager to support the business.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Supervise in Revenue management and customer experience
- Conduct strategies and operational procedures for e-commerce business in various business such as operations, CRM, online trade, digital marketing and customer care.
- Plan and manage for Marketing and CDM
- Conduct and maintain an online e-business plan and develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the e-commerce platform and its activities in liaison with the regional teams.
- Manage P&L and budget to achieve eCommerce commercial ambition.
- Manage and optimize the brand store content, e-merchandising, banners, and website enhancements.
- Utilize multiple digital and social channels to ensure media is reaching new and potential target audiences
- Maintain a high knowledge of our brand products and fashion trends in the market.
· Full knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Marketing or Business
- At least 8 years' experience in Trading a successful online store
- Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operation function and inventory, experience with 3PL management is preferred
- Strong management experience, analytical skill, process management, TPM, lean or six sigma experience preferred
- People management, proactive attitude, energetic and high attention to detail
- Excellent in Communication skill both in Thai and English.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Word
