Document Negotiator - 35-55K P/M- Banking

Responsibilities
- Create, negotiate, and complete Traded Market Documentation, including the Credit Support Annex and ISDA Master Agreement.
- Establish and maintain appropriate records, databases/systems, and filing systems.
- Understand, adhere to, and demonstrate compliance with all pertinent internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
- Coordinating with the front office, credit, compliance, legal, and back office regarding the documentation for derivatives and related policies or procedures.
- Holding meetings with the business and stakeholders and updating them on the status of ongoing talks as you seek to create a system to stop stale conversations.
Requirements
- University graduate with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant expertise in negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, other master agreements, and related or similar documentation.
- Legal professionals or bearers of a law degree.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent time and portfolio management abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with Treasury documents for derivative instruments.
- The capacity to perform well under time constraints, pressure, and without direct supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate with front office staff, members of the credit department, operations department, and project managers affiliated with each of these departments.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills. Language abilities, such as those in Mandarin or Cantonese, will be advantageous.
- Literate in computers and adept with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
