Role: Distributor Development Manager

Job responsibilities of the position;

o Create Roadmap for tools and technology

o Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, customer services and sales

o Optimize business procedures, ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

o Coordinate with BUs to develop, test and refine business processes and practices to provide a competitive advantage to support business growth

o Teaches lessons learned and key findings to BUs with recommendations for changes and updates for training

o Proactively address problem areas and improve efficiencies


o Internal : NSM, SLT, and their one level down

o External : Nestle Customers / Distribution Partners / Merchandiser Agency

What are the challenges of the business/ role?

- How to conduct Study for which frame or approach to use in order to get real issue

- How to justify ROI and Impact of Operation Development to business

- How to ensure everyday practice will happen on a continuous basis

- How to influence/engage stakeholders to support the project/new initiatives


- Minimum bachelor's degree in any field preferable in information technology (with sales background is a plus)

- 5-7 years of FMCG sales experience required (preferably with best in class distributor management, route optimization, advanced in sales technology tools)

- Good command of English for both written and spoken

- Good Sales presentation skills is required
