I have an incredible position with one of the largest global insurers, based here in Hong Kong.
My client requires a senior candidate to work alongside the Regional CFO and drive the Transformation of their Finance Systems across 14 APAC Business Units.
This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of Finance Systems (Oracle, or similar), someone who can define, implement and maintain the systems architecture for the region.
Whilst an IT/Tech skill-set is expected, the role will also require strong interpersonal skills as you will be facing off with CEO's regards to the Strategy for the region and a level of gravitas will be required.
Whilst I would like to speak to those with a Big 4 accounting background, I am open on sector experience - you do not need to be coming from another insurer, nor do you need Asian languages.
Previous leadership of others would be a plus, as they will look to grow a team around the successful candidate, as necessary.
This role will pay up to $200k/month and my client can consider on a contract or perm basis.
