Rooted in its affinity and consciousness to nature, a global European skincare/beauty brand is now looking for a dynamic Digital Manager to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the APAC Marketing Communications Head, you will develop the Asia digital/online strategies and accelerate its online commerce growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build digital omnichannel business strategies across all its online commerce (including direct own brand.com, marketplaces and social commerce) to accelerate its online business growth and enable an omni-channel experience to the consumers
- Identify all levers of ecommerce conversion funnel, review and optimise resources budget vis-a-vis on these levers, build a robust dashboard to monitor ROIs
- Develop and measure digital marketing campaigns across the Asia region and being aligned with global vision
Key requirements
- Over 5+ years of digital marketing experiences with global or regional exposure (with high preference for background in various ecommerce enablers/platforms across Asia, including Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora amongst others)
- Demonstrated track record success in both strategic and hands-on capacity in SEO, SEM, PPC, display-ad campaigns, Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical approach and data-driven mindset with proficiency in e-CRM, website analytic tools (eg. Google Analytics)
- Excellent in English language and excels in writing and presentations
