Our client is an established bank in Singapore, looking to hire a Digital Bancassurance Product Owner to join their Wealth Management team under the Consumer Banking segment.
- About the role:
- Ideal candidate will need to 5 to 7 years of work experience in banking / finance industry with the following expertise:
- Familiar with consumer trends in internet and mobile technologies
- Good knowledge in Retail wealth products/services especially in insurance/bancassurance
- Proven experience in online/mobile banking product development and project management
- Hands-on experience in developing user requirements/user stories, business analysis and managing user testing
- Innovate through working closely with external partner, Product Managers, Customer Experience & partners to develop requirements and business models
- Document business requirements/user stories and liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Evaluate solutions proposed by IT /vendors / partners, raise business paper and project recommendations as appropriate
- Manage user acceptance test, develop rollout plan and execute implementation activities
- Design workflow and processes with operations units where support are required
- Ensure smooth rollout of projects, complete pre and post-implementation activities
- Work closely with IT/Ops team to resolve project and implementation issue
The candidate will creatively resolve business needs through requirements gathering and analysis. He/she will be designing, building and delivering high value business solutions through SDLC/Agile project methodology. The key responsibility is to drive and execute Digital Bancassurance Digital projects.
